You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

You may change the study period to a later date. However, for any reason (lack of motivation/unforeseen circumstances), a strict no-refund policy is enforced. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. Termination/Cancellation and Missed Lessons Policy

If you wish to cancel a lesson or course after your first use/participation in our services, you are obligated to bear the full cost of the service. If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Accordingly, we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Missed Lessons and Rescheduling Policy

Instructor Absence: In the event that the instructor is unable to conduct a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, injury, or family emergency), the lesson will be rescheduled. No refunds or credits will be issued for rescheduled lessons.

Student Absence: If a student cannot attend a scheduled group lesson, no refunds or credits will be provided. However, the student will have access to the recorded session and any accompanying materials.

７. Sales Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: By purchasing our digital products and services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted.
  • As-Is Condition: All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make every effort to ensure quality, but you accept the product in its current condition at the time of sale.
  • No Returns: Once the transaction is completed, no returns or refunds will be processed.

８. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

９. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the service or product provided by Saki’s Japanese Lessons, you agree to attempt resolution informally first by contacting us at sakijapaneselesson@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that any legal actions or proceedings shall be conducted in Japan as outlined in the “Jurisdiction and Governing Law” section.
